Aqua Pulchra is a delightful home located on the southern shores of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos. Located on Chalk Sound, an inland lagoon and nature reserve, all rooms provide stunning views of the magnificent waters after which the villa is so appropriately named.

Set behind electric gates, the villa is designed so that every room provides stunning views. Built on two levels, the main living area on the first floor is reached by steps or elevator. All rooms on the first floor face the water and open out onto terraces.

Vibrant stucco exteriors, cool terracotta tiled floors and hand painted tiles combine with furnishings and detail to create a tranquil Caribbean hideaway. The home offers central air-conditioning for guest's comfort. Please do note, however, that the air-conditioning is metered and charged back to guests.

The villa's gardens rise from the waters edge with views of the sound on one side and the open ocean on the other.

The central, focal point of the villa is the spacious and fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a series of French doors that lead to a panorama of turquoise water reflected into the villa's pool. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests. The sofas into the living area provide a comfortable resting place with a view of the sound. On either side of the central area, there are two wings providing space and privacy.

Wing One offers the media room on one side complete with plasma TV, DVD and Bose surround sound speakers which extend to both the living area and patio and may be listened to independently of each other. Wing One, also, houses two bedrooms and two baths, one with a walk in shower and the other with an en-suite tub. Each room is bright and airy and opens onto a sitting area and private patio with water views.

Wind Two is located on the opposite side of the villa. It offers the library a quiet space to relax. The two remaining bedrooms are located in this wing as well. One of the bedrooms features two twin beds and the other has a canopied four poster bed. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom. Both bedrooms lead onto a sitting area with private patio.

Outside, there is abundance space to take in the sun on the loungers or dine al fresco under the brilliant skies and stars. The large private swimming pool offers the benefit of solar heating. A series of paths and steps lead down from the pool deck to the water's edge where there is a private deck for relaxation.

A waterfront location and spacious and tasteful interiors as well as a private pool all combine to make Aqua Pulchra a perfect choice!
