Salma Hayek and US Ambassador to the DR Hans Hertell and his lovely wife Marie Hertell have also been spotted promenading around the surroundings, the same applies to other well-known celebrities like Emilio Estefan, Zoé Saldaña, Jay Z and Beyonce, Gloria Trevi, Leonardo Di Caprio, jazz composer Arturo Sandoval, and Julio Sabala all of them recently spotted dancing the night away at Sammy Sosa's VIP birthday party at his casa de campo residence located in the exclusive sector of Bahia Minitas.

Internationally acclaimed dancer Mikhail Baryshnikov & Golf Director Gilles Gagnon, were spotted at the 19th Hole, just a few minutes before Baryshnikov took off to take on the equally renowned "Teeth of the Dog"!

Not only is it a good spot for relaxation but it's also a great place to celebrate the creations of fund-raising organizations like the one recently held by Reef Check and their lovely spokesperson, actress Kelly Hu. Most of the partakers were amazed to hear the actress express the value and importance of coral reefs, as the actress herself said: I am someone that also grew up on an island.
