A home built by its owner for personal use with no expenses spared; designed with Feng Shui in mind for comfort and functionality. It is just a half kilometer walk from the private Minitas beach and a ten minute golf cart drive to the Teeth of the Dog and Links golf courses. Its walls are built with block and concrete with G-60 steel; and designed to withstand major storms. The roof top atrium accessed by an internal stair provides a quiet secure reflection space with panoramic views of Altos de Chavon and the newest golf course.

All living areas of the house have central air conditioning with independent automatic timed electronic controls. The furnishings are of fine hardwoods, primarily mahogany. This stunning property also has a built in theater with hardwood in wall units and built-in Bose surround sound system.

For your convenience an internal intercom and multilane telephone switch suitable for up to external 16 lines has also been installed. Walk-in closets and full bathrooms with bidet in all bedrooms. And to make its two kitchens completely striking, granite countertops have been placed in with both electric and gas, glass top ovens.

Its quarters contain 5 bedrooms (with walk-in closets and full bathrooms) and family area, all located on the second level. If so desired, the first level can easily entertain 50-100 for dinner, and if setting up on the Japanese dwarf grass patio, that number could easily expand to well over 200. The master bedroom with two independent walk in closets, and private study has a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower enclosure with a covered full house length balcony accessed through double glazed glass doors.

The large gazebo off the pool deck has an independent street access with a private guest bedroom and a massage room. Also here is a full bathroom incorporating a marble steam bath for 4, shower and walk-in closet with piped in Bose sound system. This house is a dream to live in with all spaces feeling very comfortable for permanent residence and longer stays if desired. You simply must walk in to appreciate the design for comfort and functionality; all spaces just feel elegantly relaxing.
