This villa features Five Bedrooms w/ King Size Beds & Full Private Baths, Three 1/2 Baths, Two-story master suite w/ second story office, Master Bath w/ Jacuzzi tub, ocean view and shower, Two private balconies facing pool & ocean, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Formal Dining Room (Seats 10), Casual Outside Dining Area (Seats 8), Formal Living Room, Media Room.
All Bedrooms have independent DSS TV receiver & VCR, Media Room and Master Bedroom have large satellite dish & DSS, Outdoor Sound System, All Oceanside Bedrooms have Internet Access.
RECREATION FACILITIES: A large, heated swimming pool, a fenced tennis court with covered pavillion, a fully equipped, oceanview fitness center with stereo system and TV and a covered billiards area.
OCEANSIDE BEDROOMS: All five spacious bedrooms are elegantly furnished with king beds and each has a full, private bathroom. The luxurious, two level Master Suite includes an office on the second floor, two private balconies with sweeping sea views, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, shower and beautiful view.
GARDENSIDE BEDROOMS: All four spacious bedrooms have full private bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with king beds, one of which has its own small living room with a pull out sofa bed that sleeps two additional persons. The two bedroom suite is furnished with queen-sized beds and includes a shared living room plus a small dining area for four.
KITCHENS: The large, modern kitchens (one in each section of the villa) are fully equipped and include the services of a gourmet chef. Food and beverages are at additional charge.
LIVING / DINING: The luxuriously appointed living room and dining room recall the opulence and formality of a classic seaside villa in France. Terrace lounges and additional dining areas off the main foyer or on the second level balcony provide guests with more casual options.
