As you walk through the front door and into the expansive living room, you’re treated to an impressive panoramic view of the ocean’s crystal clear turquoise waters as far as the eye can see!
Enjoy relaxed conversation from Sunset Point’s spacious living area, which features a dramatic cathedral ceiling. Rows of sliding glass doors surround you, providing tropical breezes and an unparalleled view of the ocean. In the living room, amenities include cable TV and a multi-disc CD stereo system, with a library of CD’s for your listening pleasure.
On the ground level, leading to the pool deck, the family/game room features a brand new 39” Toshiba television, Sony Play station 2 with video games included, a combo DVD/VCR player, sleeper sofa, full-sized ping pong table, and plenty of board games for your entertainment.
Sunset Point Villa features four spacious bedrooms… all with incredible ocean views; queen sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and large balconies.
The master bedroom suite in the upper story of the main house includes a gallery window that looks out over the living room area below and boasts an unrivalled view of turquoise Caribbean waters.
The adjoining wing of the villa houses the other three bedrooms, each of which offers complete privacy by opening only onto the covered decks. The oversized and airy first floor bedroom suite includes vaulted ceilings, a conversation area, and a loft level with futon bed.
With its large pool and sun deck, game room, gourmet kitchen, and covered balconies, you’ll find amenities here that rival the luxury resorts. The difference is that you’ll have it all to yourselves!
